Development of the unique ANDERS system for bridge deck condition assessment and rehabilitation, funded by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, started on February 1, 2010. A joint venture of academic and industry partners, is addressing sustainable management of nation’s aging bridges through the development of novel assessment and repair methods. read more..
