GRADUATE PROGRAM IN CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT |

The Masters programme in Engineering Project Management at the Department of Civil Engineering here at Rutgers University is targeted at individuals who require a more in depth knowledge of the business delivery of projects in an engineering environment, perhaps in the construction, oil and gas, petrochemical or process industries. The course aims to help candidates become more effective by enhancing and developing the skills that managers require in the construction industry.
The course covers the project management process, from inception and feasibility, engineering, procurement and implementation through to commissioning and operation. Particular emphasis is placed on the financial, planning and management aspects of the project life cycle.
